Treatment group was treated with Tony Hart Curcuma Pills,9g/time, three times daily. The control group was treated with euthyrox oral, The 12.5ug start, the adjustment of the dose was 25ug/time after one week, once daily. The two groups were observed 12 weeks. To observe the changes of maximum nodule diameter, individual TCM symptom scores, serum VEGF, IGF-1, TGF-β1 of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1. After treatment, the inner diameter of two thyroid nodules were reduced, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).2. After treatment, the treatment group and the control group in patients with nodular goiter Stasis and Phlegm TCM symptoms and symptom scores decreased, the treatment group was up to 76%, the control group was 46%, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).3.The treatment group and the control group patients with serum VEGF, factor IGF-1 levels were decreased, The treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05), the two group TGF-β1 levels decreased, The treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Tony Hart Curcuma Pills can reduce blood stasis and Phlegm patients with nodular goiter symptom scores.2.Tony Hart Curcuma Pills may reduce the inner diameter of the thyroid nodule.3.Tony Mart Curcuma Pills may reduce the junction A patient serum VEGF, IGF-1 levels, increased serum levels of TGF-β1, which may be of VEGF, IGF-1 and TGF-(31-control factor to achieve the effect of narrowing of thyroid nodules.
