【Purpose】 Study the autistic traits in children with ADHD in order to provide precise diagnose and suitable treatment.【Methods】275 children with ADHD and 337 normal control children were researched by case-control study with the SNAP-IV scale and Asperger syndrome diagnostic scale.【Results】ADHD-In group: The factor scores of ASQ, language, social, maladaptive, cognitive, sensorimotor were much higher than those in normal control group(Z=-2.32~-5.28, P values all below 0.01). ADHD-H group: Although the factor scores of ASQ was higher than that in normal control group, only the standard score of language subscale were significantly higher than those of the normal control group(Z=-2.98, P values below 0.01). ADHD-C group: The factor scores of ASQ, language, social, maladaptive, sensorimotor were much higher than those of the control group(Z=-4.53~-5.79, P values all below 0.01).【Conclusions】 Children with ADHD are more likely to meet with autistic traits, especially for those who have inattention problems. Clinicians should take this into consider when diagnosing and treating ADHD children with autism symptoms.
