Objective:Impregnated wet syndrome, spleen and kidney qi deficiency patients with sensitivity to hormone therapy by observing the presence or absence of primary nephrotic difference explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and the law, to provide the basis for improving clinical outcomes. Methods:A total of standards-compliant primary nephrotic syndrome (primary nephrotic syndrome,PNS) 200 patients, all cases from January 2015-met the inclusion criteria in January 2016 during the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University hospital patient. According to TCM syndrome into two groups, one group is wet impregnated 100 cases, a group spleen and kidney Deficiency in 100 Cases. Two groups of patients were given general treatment (bed rest, low-salt diet quality protein), symptomatic treatment (diuretic, lipid-lowering, blood pressure, etc.), corticosteroids treatment observed in both groups of patients before treatment, after 8 weeks (1) symptom score; (2)24-hour urinary protein excretion (24 urine protein,24UP), serum albumin (serum albumin,ALB), serum creatinine (serum creatinine,Scr) and urinary protein (urinary protein,U-PRO).SPSS19.0 software using the observed indicators data analysis and comparison between the two groups.Results:(1)After treatment, the water wet impregnation group and the spleen and kidney qi deficiency group of TCM syndrome differentiation and the individual symptom scores, respectively, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); (2)after treatment, water wet impregnation group the curative effect of TCM syndrome total efficiency was 84.89%, spleen and kidney qi deficiency group TCM syndrome total efficiency was 32.95%; (3)after treatment, water wet impregnation in patients with individual symptoms, swelling of the most significant improvement; and the spleen and kidney deficiency group individual symptoms, therapeutic effect of hormones on the frequency of the worst; (4)after treatment,24UP and ALB data of two groups of patients respectively compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); (5)after treatment, water wet impregnation group compared with the spleen and kidney qi deficiency group of 24UP and ALB, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); (6)water wet impregnation group and spleen qi deficiency group patients Clinical efficacy after treatment were 75.58% and 67.05%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Glucocorticoids for PNS impregnated wet, spleen and kidney Deficiency Syndrome patients has improved overall effect, but will increase the individual spleen and kidney Qi deficiency symptoms in patients with type;2.Glucocorticoids for PNS impregnated wet, spleen and kidney Qi Jie patients with treatment, and clinical efficacy in patients than immersion type wet spleen and kidney qi deficiency, the former is higher than the sensitivity of glucocorticoids latter.
