The Status And Countermeasure Of Informatization System Construction In Anhui Province Hospital Of CM

With the rapid development of computer technology, the hospital informatization system construction has developed rapidly. Hospital informatization system has become the foundation of hospital modernization management, and become the main way of reducing hospital management costs, enhancing competitiveness of the hospital and improving the hospital management and therefore the system attract hospital leaders’ attention. But the informatization construction investment is big, and can not directly gain economic benefits, at the same time, the different levels of hospital required different levels of informatization construction. So how to design and utilize the system well which not only to meet the needs of the hospital management in a certain period of time, but also can meet the needs of the rapid development of medical and health level, at the same time can improve feeling of seeing a doctor in the hospital and be gradually beneficial from the convenience and cost reducing brought by the system, is a worth thinking question.This article, all materials from which collected from Anhui Province Hospital of CM, through literature and antitheses method, to grasp the actual situation of the hospital informatization construction, in hope of understanding its function on the development of the hospital, knowing the existing flaws in the hospital informatization construction.Further, through the systematic analysis and summary, the writer try to abstract the advice on informatization construction and build digital hospital comprehensively, in order to achieve the goal of fostering hospital development overall, adapting to medical reform, uplifting the hospital ability and optimizing service in the hospital.This paper consists of seven parts, introduction, text, summary, prospect and etc. The first part introduces the review literature of informatization construction in the hospital, the second part introduces the situation of hospital informatization construction in our country and abroad. The third part is about the present situation of informatization construction in Anhui Province Hospital of CM, especially, the Anhui Province Hospital of CM adopted new informatization management system since June,2009 and brought the certain effect on hospital management. The fourth part introduces the informatization construction in Anhui Province Hospital of CM lacks of comprehensive plan, capital investment, unified informational standard, perfect informational function, reasonable talent group structure and information safety and etc. The fifth part introduces some advices on informatization construction in Anhui Province Hospital of CM, which includes gaining the leaders’ support, increasing the capital investment, improving the medical information availability, perfecting the function of the system, building the IT talent group, guaranteeing the information safety through interview and consulting reference based on the question referred above from angle of sustainable development.
