Clinical Efficacy Research Of Coblation Nucleoplasty In The Treatment Of The Sympathetic Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:Through retrospective analysis of coblation nucleoplasty and conse rvative therapy of TCM to treat sympathetic cervical spondylosis,to discuss the clinical efficacy of coblation nucleoplasty,the complications and clinical applicat ion value.Methods:We analyzed the treatment process of 46 patients who have been diagnosed the sympathetic cervical spondylosis retrospectively,the 23 patients of the observation group were treated by coblation nucleoplasty and the others w ere treated by conservative therapy of TCM.Then we separately observed the 4 6 patients’Macanb scores and subjective satisfaction after treating two weeks a nd a month.At the same time we analyzed the observation group patients’Nu mber Rating Scale scores and the clinical complications.Results:Observation group of patients with surgical operations are all comple ted, no the puncture point infection, vascular and nerve root,spinal cord injury and other complications. These patients after treatment 2 weeks of symptoms remission rate of excellent and good was 87%, the efficient 95.75%, the satisfa ction rate of 91.3%; and the symptoms remission rate of excellent and good w as 73.9%, the efficient 91.3%, the satisfaction rate of 87.0% ofaftr one month. The control group patients after treatment 2 weeks of symptoms remission rate of excellent and good was 60.9%, the efficient 78.3%, the satisfaction rate of 78.2%;and the symptoms remission rate of excellent and good was 60.9%, the efficient 82.6%, the satisfaction rate of 82.6% after one month. The difference between observation group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.0 5).Observation group patients’NRS scores after treating 2 weeks and one month are improved than that before operation,the difference was statistically significa nt:Conclusion:The coblation nucleoplasty’s effect is significantly of treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis,and it has higher symptoms remission rate and satisfaction rate than conservative treatment in the short term.It has small trauma, patients recover quickly, hospitalization time, fewer complications, etc. As long as we master the clinical indications strictly, it is worth further clinical applying.
