Part One:Literature Study:Overview the intervention of postmenopausa osteoporosisWith the incidence of postmenopausa osteoporosis increasing year by year,people pay more attention to postmenopausa osteoporosis prevention and cotrol. Numberous clinical trials had discussed the efficacy and safety of the intervention programs.Lifestyle,medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine were all proved to be clinically significant on postmenopausa osteoporosis prevention and treatment.However, the current problem now clinical doctors facing is how to choose individualized intervention to different patients.Based on lots of reading, we make a literature study about the methods which now have been used in clinic to intervent postmenopausa osteoporosis.According to the outline,we review the efficacy of those three intervention studies before. By the summary,the effectiveness is confirmed further more.And it provides preliminary literature evidence to further research.Part Two:The Systematic Reviews for the Traditional Chinese Medicine in Intervention of postmenopausa osteoporosisObjective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine compared with metformin in intervention of postmenopausa osteoporosis.Methods:According to requirement to systematic review of Cochrane Collaboration,we conducted electronic searches in the Cochrane Library, PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP, etc.Then the data analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 software.Results:We selected 14 RCTs, including 1119 cases of postmenopausa osteoporosis. The results:(1)Compared with western medicine,the TCM had better effecacy in improving clinical symptoms of pre-diabetes;(2) Compared with western medicine,the TCM had better effecacy on bone mineral density, blood estradiol,bone metabolism index, blood calcium and blood phosphorus, And found no significant or severe adverse reactions;(3)Compared with western medicine,the TCM be the same role in adverse reactions significantly;Conclusion:Chinese medicine can increase bone density, concentration of serum estradiol, regulate bone metabolism, improve the clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms, signs, and lower the incidence of adverse reactions. The TCM had significance on preventing postmenopausal osteoporosis in clinic.
