| Purpose: By studying the mumps treatment in the ways of syndrome differentiationand prescription, which are recorded in ancient Chinese medicine documents, this thesistries to probe into finding a high frequently used medicine in modern times, meanwhile hasa thorough understanding of present situation of TCM treatment of mumps and gets asystemetic evaluation of the efficacy of TCM treatment of mumps.Methods: By using the method of clinical philology, this thesis conducts a study onthe prescription of mumps which are used in ancient and modern medical literature.Through setting the retrieval strategy, computer retrieval and manual retrieval,comprehensive collection of clinical trials of modern Chinese medicine treatment ofmumps is achieved; endotherapy and external treatment of high-frequency drug arescreened; through setting the selection criteria, screening the qualified research, with Jadadstandard evaluation on the quality, by using Ravmen5.2software provided by the Cochraneto analyze the related effect index by using Meta analysis and funnel plot analysis.Results: First, the summary of modern Chinese high-frequency Chinese medicinetreatment of mumps disease. Second, retrieval of789related articles, among which33arequalified to be used, but none of them are high qualified. Meta analysis showed that:Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, Chinese medicine internal andexternal treatment and clinical commonly used Chinese traditional patent medicine,externally used Chinese medicine, Chinese and west medicine (Chinese medicine, westernmedicine, Chinese and west medicine cooperation treatment), there was statisticalsignificance.Conclusion: In the documents of clinical treatment of mumps using Chinesemedicine, there exist the problems of randomization, blindness, latent distribution etc Meta analysis shows that, compared with Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine hasthe advantages over Western medicine; curative effect between different TCM treatmentgroups also are different as well; Chinese medicine treatment of mumps pays moreattention to external therapy. |
