The Clinical Randomized Controlled Trials On The Limitations Hypertrophic Lesion Treated By Fire Needle

Objective:To observe and understand the difference of clinical curative effect and security between fire needle prick limitations hypertrophic lesion and furoic acid mo betamethasone for external use only, clarifying the clinical curative effect of fire needle therapy limitations hypertrophic lesion further, discussing the role and mechanism of fire needle in the treatment of the disease.Methods:Diagnosis and included in the standard of 72 patients, according to randomized controlled method, divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by fire needle method.The control group was treated by furoic acid mo betamethasone cream for external use only.At the end of treatment, respectively evaluating on two groups of clinical curative effect in general;And to evaluate on two groups of hypertrophic lesion assessment scale for curative effect evaluation method when divided into the group of 7 days prior to the treatment (before second treatment), into the group of 14 days (before the third treatment) and limitations into the group of 21 days respectively.Respectively before and after treatment in patients with skin disease quality of life scale for curative effect evaluation method, evaluation.Respectively in the first month after treatment, the first of February follow-up, evaluate the skin lesions.Results:1.Baseline consistent basic data in the two groups before treatment were almost alined (P>0.05),thus the two group were comparable.2. The overall clinical efficacy of two groups of significant difference (P< 0.05), two groups of itching remitting time, itching disappear time, skin became thin time and skin became moss time are statistically significant (P<0.05).3. The two groups before treatment and after treatment for the first time, every time after treatment of two comparative are statistically significant (P< 0.05).Two groups of patients before and after therapy dermatology life quality index scale are statistically significant (P<0.05).4. After the first treatment score between the two groups are no significant difference (P> 0.05);In the second between the two groups, there are are statistically significant after three treatment (P< 0.05);In between the two groups after treatment in patients with skin disease quality of life scores are statistically significant (P< 0.05), there was no significant difference in the treatment way in different diseases after treatment(P>0.05).5.The comparison of two groups of follow-up, the first month follow-up treatment group compared with the first integral of February differences statistically significant (P< 0.05).The control group were followed up for the first month there was no statistically significant difference compared with the first integral of February (P> 0.05).On two groups of patients were followed up for the first month, the first of February integral comparison differences statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. There are good curative effect in the fire needle prick and furoic acid mo betamethasone ointment for external use only to cure limitations hypertrophic skin all.2. The fire needle treatment limitation hypertrophic skin better than furoic acid mo betamethasone ointment for external use only.Along with the extension of course, fire needle advantages are more obvious.3. The limitations of hypertrophic lesions caused by the three diseases, fire needle have good curative effect all.Could promote to clinical.4. In this test the safety and compliance of the two groups of treatment are good.
