The Study Of Correlation Between Blood Stasis Syndrome And Pathological Changes In Nephritic Syndrome Patients

[Objective]To study the relationship between blood stasis syndrome (BSS)and Clinical pathology in nephritic syndrome(NS) patients.[Methods]After collected 35 cases of NS patients who met the inclusion criteria of the course. In Which blood stasis syndrome and scores could range reference 2002 " Chinese medicine clinical research guidelines" and the development of clinical practice.Pathological change scores in patients with NS were estimated by Katafuchi system.To explore the correlation which met the inclusion criteria of 35 cases of patients with NS blood stasis syndrome and pathological. All data was processed by using statistical software SPSS 19.0, while P<0.05 is considered statistically significant, and P> 0.05 for the difference that is not significant.[Results]Both the age and the course of disease compared with the BSS scores were significant(P<0.05).The BSS scores compared between membranous nephropathy(MN)and the mild mesangial proliferative nephropathy were significant(P<0.05). The BSS scores compared between the installment of MN have no statistical significance. The relationship of NS BSS with the pathological scores of MN and the mild mesangial proliferative nephropathy appears positively linear correlation (P<0.05).The relationship of NS BSS and the scores of Katafuchi,the damage between renal tubular and renal interstitial, the damage to the renal small vessel, pathology of chronic, hardening of the glomerular appears positively linear correlation (P<0.05).[Conclusion]The degree of NS BSS correlated with renal pathological changes.The more scores of BSS, the more scores of Katafuchi. With the more degree of the damage to renal tubular,renal interstitial,the renal small vessel,pathology of chronic,the hardening of the glomerular,the more scores of BSS. MN is higher than the mild mesangial proliferative nephropathy in the BSS scores.The pathological of NS is the basis of BSS,which can guide the clinical.
