[objective]:To observe the relation between blood-stasis syndrome(BSS) and clinical pathology in chronic glomerulonephritis Patients.[Methods]:30BSS patients were collected and retrospectively analyzed, such as age, duration, gender, blood pressure,24-hour urinary protein excretion, urine RBC count, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, Ccr and renal pathological change scores. Pathological change scores in patients with CGN were estimated by Katafuchi system and Lee grading standards and BSS were also scored. The relationship between the clinical manifestations and renal pathological changes in patients with CGN were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance, The relationship between BSS and renal pathological changes in patients with CGN were evaluated by Logistic Regression method.[Results]:Both the BSS scores of IgA nephropathy and crescentic glomerulonephritis compared with the BSS scores of mesangal proliferative glomerulonephritis were significant(p<0.05). The scores of the pathological changes, renal hardened points of the ball and renal vascular lesions were closely related with BSS scores of CGN(p<0.05);the risk factors of renal damage such as gender, blood pressure,24-hour urinary protein excretion, serum creatinine, were also closely related with BSS scores of CGN(p<0.05),but urine RBC count, blood urea nitrogen weret related with the scores(p>0.05). Comparison Ccr>80ml/min with Ccr at80-50ml/min and Ccr to50-20ml/min (P<0.05) were significant.[Conclusion]:BSS of chronic glomerulonephritis and its degree are correlated with renal pathological changes. The more scores of BSS, the more severity of pathological lesions;the pathological changes, renal hardened points of the ball and renal vascular lesions were closely related to BSS of CGN;the risk factors of renal damage were also closely related to BSS of CGN;The severity of BSS might be an important influencing factor on judging the severity of chronic glomerulonephritis.
