Open Group Dynamics Research

The incidence of diabetes has been increasing in recent years.The cause of diabetes is very complex, and it is very harmful to the patients and their families.It brings serious complications.The author has encountered great challenges in the development of the education group of patients with diabetes, and the literature research has affirmed the necessity and effectiveness of health education for patients with diabetes.In this case, the author began to explore,What is the characteristics of open group dynamics,The flow of the people how to generate dynamic,What is the mechanism of the dynamic generation of the open group, the research on the above problems can provide reference for the group work.This study is based on the author’s internship at M hospital for a semester,Using the method of participatory observation, interview and literature research for further analysis.Firstly, the dynamic structure of the group and its characteristics analysis, the part of the group dynamic uncertainty analysis leads to the most fundamental and most special characteristics of the open group dynamics is the complexity of the team members.According to the development of the group, describe the stages of group dynamics characteristic, named after the following topics:①The second activity:Demand difference is not obvious;②The third activity:Demand reunification brought vitality; ③The fourth activity:Neglect the demand to make people beyond the group; ④The fifth activity:Coping strategies in the context of demand differentiation.Based on the research above, this study attempts to depict open group dynamic structure model.The model highlights the impact of the new demand on the impact of the original group, in order to meet new needs, social workers need to take a further investigation strategy,Actively respond to new needs, while taking into account the original needs to achieve group goals.Finally, this paper puts forward some reflections and suggestions on the social work practice. It is considered that the team work in the hospital has its own particularity,Social workers should pay attention to the uneven demand of team members, based on the dynamic changes in demand, social workers should seek solutions actively.
