Objective:To observe the clinical manifestation of the three groups of patients with mild to severe in 8 weeks, and the changes of the part of Pittsburgh sleep quality index,To explore the differences and changes of the patients with different levels of serum iron, serum calcium, folic acid, vitamin B12, ferritin levels on the primary restless legs syndrome.Methods:To survey a group of patients with primary restless legs syndrome (According to the severity of RLS, the score was divided into three groups of light weight) and healthy controls. The serum levels of serum iron, calcium, folic acid, vitamin B12, ferritin and the part of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were measured respectively in the four groups of patients and to compare the difference between the four groups before treatment.After oral administration of levodopa and Benserazide, Ferrous Sulfate Tablets, vitamin B12, Calcium Carbonate Chewable Tablets, then to measure the levels of the serum iron, serum calcium, folic acid, vitamin B12, ferritin levels, the part of Pittsburgh sleep quality index of B, C, D three groups of patients treated for 2 weeks, 8 weeks.To measure the change trend of the indicators of the three groups of patients with restless legs syndrome, and then understand the changes of the above indicators and the different levels of the primary restless legs syndrome whether there is a correlation.Results:① Women in the RLS group were more, compared with the control group, there were statistically significant (P=0.02 P<0.05).By variance analysis, the initial content of five serum markers:the mean value of the group was the largest, and the lowest in the severe RLS group.②To compare the difference of the four groups of the part of the initial Pittsburgh sleep quality questionnaire survey questionnaire.By variance analysis, There are differences between the restless legs syndrome group and the healthy group (P<0.05).The mean value of the health group was lowest, and the mean value of severe RLS group was the highest.③ To compare the analysis of the treatment of 8 weeks of light weight RLS patients, by repeated measures analysis of variance of Serum iron, serum ferritin, vitamin B12, serum calcium, it can be obtained from the four groups of patients with the 3 serological indicators of statistical significance (F=14.075,P<0.001) (F=117.765,P<0.001) (F=4650.192,P<0.001) (F=28.066,P<0.001); time points are different (F=153.326, P<0.001) (F=34.952, P<0.001) (F=46.000, P<0.001) (F=3.079, P=0.026<0.05); interaction effect are between group and time points (F=4.246,P=0.14<0.05) (F=4650.192,P<0.001) (F=92.000,P<0.001) (F=262.232,P<0.001); interaction effect are between time and process.But for serum folic acid, there is no difference in the main effect of the?3 groups (F=28.066,,P=0.115>0.05); time points of the main effects are different (F=5435.717, P=0.000<0.05); there is no interaction effect between treatment and time point. (F= 0.506,,P=0.718>0.05). Relative initial situation, the mean value of the two time points is increased(p<0.001). Relative to the value of 2 weeks, the 8 weeks of the three groups were up (p<0.001).④A comparative analysis of the treatment of 8 weeks of sleep quality in patients with mild to light weight RLS patients, by repeated measures analysis of variance.1) Sleep quality score,.it can be obtained from the difference between the 3 groups (F=21.592,P<0.001); time points are different (F=139.678, P<0.001).Interaction effects are between treatment and time points (F=9.563,P<0.001).According to the result, the time and the group are interaction.2) Fall asleep time score, sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction, it can be obtained from the difference between the 3 groups (P<0.001); time points are different (P<0.001); According to the mean can be obtained, there is no interaction between time and group. There is no difference on the initial. With the increase in treatment time, the mild group is efficacy,and the effect of moderate and severe group was slower.Conclusion:① Women in the RLS group were more.② Serum iron, serum calcium, folic acid, vitamin B12, ferritin,five indicators in the healthy group is mean maximum, the severe RLS group is mean minimum. Serum iron and serum calcium decreased with the severity of RLS. Folic acid, vitamin B12, iron protein reduce is not related to the extent of the degree of RLS③ Sleep quality, fall asleep time and the severity of RLS were correlated, sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction were not correlated with the severity of RLS.④ The reducing degree of serum iron, serum calcium, vitamin B12 and ferritin in patients with RLS and the severity of the disease and the time of treatment have an effect on the recovery of the disease, and it is a sensitive indicator for the diagnosis of the disease.⑤ The severity of the disease and the treatment time of the patients with RLS had a synergistic effect on the improvement of sleep quality. The severity and treatment time of the patients with RLS had no synergistic effect on sleep duration, sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction.
