Analysis On The Implement Path Of Essential Medicine Policy In Village Clinics Of Shanxi Province

Objective:The national essential drug system has been achieved preliminary results in Shanxi Province, and has been fully opened in the province primary health care sector. This article around the national system for basic drugs since the implementation of village clinics and drug use, drug cost control structure, the rational use of drugs, such as service benefit related changes, from the policy optimization strategy, the path design perspective to explore suitable village clinic implementation strategy system for basic drugs and supporting policies, thereby alleviating people "a doctor" difficulty and high cost problems, give play to the important role of village clinic service grassroots medical and health care.Methods: Through the self-designed questionnaire by Referencing literatures and contacting the shanxi to investigate the medical staff of village clinics and some villagers in four counties, To get a deep interview with some presidents of the township hospitals.Survey results of effective village clinics is 107, presidents of the township hospitals is 15. All the research datas were conducted by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:1. The village clinic utility room occupancy rate is low, the department set up unreasonable; 2. The village clinic medical staff shortage, age aging; 3. The balance of payments structure of village clinics in big proportion of the decrease of possession, 4. The use of antibiotics in the prescribing information frequency; 5. Equipped with basic drugs not neat village clinics, especially slim equipped with use of traditional Chinese medicineConclusion:1. Increase the government’s investment; 2. To strengthen the construction of talent team; 3. Strictly control the conditions of the bidding enterprise; 4. Increase the propaganda system for basic drugs; 5. Improve the corresponding supporting policies.
