Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Necktype Cervical Spondylosis With Balance Acupuncture

Objective : to study the more effective treatment of necktype cervical spondylosis,observate clinical efficacy of using Balance acupuncture in the treatment of necktype cervical spondylosis.Methods:In this research topic,we have selected 72 cases of patients with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria with necktype cervical spondylosis in strict accordance, randomly according to date charm divided into two groups. Control group using traditional therapy with acupuncture point method, main point are: fengchi, tianzhu, tianjing, jingjiaji, waiguan,hegu,and houxi. Treatment group(BalanceAcupuncture) acupuncture point are:fengchi, tianzhu, jingjiaji, waiguan,changqiang,shenshu,qihaishu. Once-daily therapy, 10 times for a period of treatment, the retaining needle for 30 minutes each time, observe two period of treatment.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical signs and VAS symptoms integral,integral and pain.Results:Overall curative effect evaluation: two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group( BalanceAcupuncture) the total effective rate was 94.44%, control group total effective rate was 88.89%, the treatment group treatment effctive rate higher than the control group. Two groups of efficient comparison(P<0.05) difference was statistically significant, two groups of the cure rate(P<0.05) there was statistically significant difference.VAS score: After the treatment with the statistics analysis, the treatment group and control group comparison(P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant).NPQ score: After the treatment course after statistics analysis, the treatment group and control group(P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant)Conclusion:ues BalanceAcupuncture to treat necktype cervical spondylosis have significant curative effect.In general curative effect, visual analoges score, VAS and NPQ score and other all have curative effect,treatment groups(BalanceAcupuncture) can more obviously improve the symptoms of necktype cervical spondylosis.
