Endometrial carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumor in female reproductive system, its incidence in recent years on a global scale have rising trend. Endometrial carcinoma is adenocarcinoma, the most common is the endometrial adenocarcinoma. The tumor tends to the deep muscular layer to invasion and lymph node metastasis. The metastasis and recurrence of endometrial carcinoma, are important factors that resulted in the deaths of the patients. Therefore, this paper discusses related genes of endometrial carcinoma metastasis and recurrence, and to explore related molecular markers to metastasis and recurrence of endometrial carcinoma as well as clarify the mechanism is particularly important, also is helpful for individualized treatment and judging prognosis.NEDD9(neural precursor cell expressed developmentally down-regulated9) is one of the important members of the CAS(Crk-associatedsubstrate)family. NEDD9 mainly located on cell adhesion plaque. As a cytoskeletal protein molecules, NEDD9 in mediating cell signal transduction plays the function of router. NEDD9 in the process of cell adhesion, migration, invasion,cell cycle and apoptosis play an important role.BCAR1/P130 CAS both belong to the family of CAS(Crk- associatedsubstrate). BCAR1/P130 CAS as a focal adhesion protein in the cell and extracellular matrix adhesion plays an important role, the same in the cell proliferation and development plays a important role.Paxillin is a structural protein associated with cell adhesion.Paxillin can interact with a number of regulating cell skeleton molecules,which is involved in cell morphology and cell proliferation and migration.NEDD9,BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin in the process of cell adhesion,migration, invasion, cell cycle and apoptosis all play important role.NEDD9,BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin all participate in the occurrence,development, invasion, metastasis and recurrence of tumor.The present study confirmed NEDD9, BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin promote invasion and metastasis in a variety of epithelial malignant tumor, glioblastoma,lymphoma and melanoma and other malignant tumors, and its high expression correlated with poor prognosis in a variety of malignancies, however NEDD9,BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin expression in endometrial cancer research reports relatively little, even not reported, and endometrial cancer clinical pathological links need to be further research.Objectives:To investigate the expression of NEDD9, BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin in endometrial adenocarcinoma; to analyze the relationship between them and the clinicopathological features of endometrial adenocarcinoma, as well as to find out the relationship between them.Discussing both of them whether to be a index which can judge the prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma and guide clinical treatment.Methods: The expression of NEDD9, BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue and endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissue and normal endometrial tissue were detected by immnnohistoch- emical SP method.Resultes:1 The expression of NEDD9 、 BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue and endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissue were significantly higher than them in normal endometrial tissue.2 The positive expression rate of NEDD9 、 BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin are all related to clinical stage、histological grade and lymph node metastasis,while nor correlated with age、tumor size. The expression of the three proteins was highly expressed in the tissues of advanced clinical stage,high level histological grade and lymph node metastasis.3 The expression of NEDD9 、 BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin in endometrial adenocarcinoma had significantly positive correlation.Conclusions:The expression of NEDD9 、 BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue and endometrial atypicalhyperplasia tissue were significantly higher than them in normal endometrial tissue. The expression of NEDD9, BCAR1/P130 CAS and paxillin in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, TNM staging and histological grading.The positive expression rates of the group with lymph node metastasis, TNM staging and histological grade were significantly higher. The three protein expression in endometrial carcinoma tissues was positively correlated, which indicated that the synergy of the three in the development and invasion of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
