In the 1970s, Prof. G.L. Engel from University of Rochester School of medicine American proposed that modern medical mode is transforming from the biomedical mode to the Bio-Psycho-Social Mode (BPS mode), which became an important milepost in medical history. It is not only related to the basic concepts and principles of disease prevention, but also promotes the profound changes in the mode of medical personnel training. Under BPS mode, medical training pay more attention to the humanistic quality education in the process of medical students cultivation and emphasize that medical students should take the earlier participation in community practice, learn to communicate with people from different social and cultural background. Research conclusion5.1 To set new concept the of medical talents cultivation under new medical modeMedical education is an important carrier of medical talents training. The BPS medical mode is not only an important reformation of basic medical concept, but also puts forward new requirements and standards for medical education. With the the integration of the world economy and educational internationalization accelerating, cultivating "five-stars doctor" has become a common issue of global medical education. The implementation of outstanding doctor training plan made by The Ministry of education and Ministry of health clearly put forward that in the future, China’s medical education goal is to cultivate a group of high-level medical talents with the international eye-sight and innovative thinking. Therefore, the implementation of international cultivation has become essential task for China’s medical education to adapt to new medical mode, and it is also a prior question which the medical educators have to clear.5.2 To promote the reformation of curriculum system and management mechanism to adapt to the requirements of international cultivationCourses recognition and credits transfer is a bridge for the exchange among institutions, and directly affect the students’ graduation when they return. However, based on the current situation of domestic medical institutions, different curriculum system and credit system is the biggest problem for the students. Therefore, medical institutions should learn from foreign advanced experience, to take the system integration based on ability training as the training focus, promote PBL teaching method, establish a new mode of medical talents cultivation constructed by the core module (including basic courses, humanities and social sciences, the system-integrated curriculums, as well as the core and elective courses of clinical skills) to improve the comprehensive quality of students, accelerate the construction of credit system, and standardize the management of international exchange programs, for promoting international cultivation for medical students.5.3 To further broaden the channels for international cultivation for studentsThe approaches ncludes sending ow grade students abroad to comprehensive university to study mathematics, physics, chemistry and other science courses and language, literature, sociology, in order to make use of the strength of developed countries in science, technology and the humanities and social sciences, encouraging students whose economic conditions allows to participate in Study-tour overseas programs, to enrich experience and broaden their international perspective of social practice during holidays. In addition, to carry out cooperation with foreign medical institutions, colleges, and international organizations of medical students to send qualified medical students aboard for overseas clerkship and global health programs, with purpose of enhancing their ability of face unfamiliar medical environment, diagnostic skills and cross-cultural communication and increasing the understanding of medical service system in other countries.5.4 To emphasize teachers’ key role in international cultivation for studentsStudents and teachers are essential elements of university internationalization. The level of international cultivation for students cannot be realized without the participation of teachers, so the implementation of international cultivation for students requests the university to strengthen the internationalization of faculty, including increasing the introduction of overseas outstanding teachers and improving management level, encouraging the local teachers to study or taking training abroad and establishing an international mechanism for teachers’ management and inspiration.
