Clinical Observation Of Yishentiaoxue Decoction On The Treatment Of Kidney Qi Deficiency In Hypomenorrhea With Periodic Therapy

Research purposes:For treating Hypomenorrhea scientifically and effectively, this paper observes the clinical efficacy of YishenTiaoxue decoction on the treatment of its kidney qi deficiency with periodic therapy,and analysis the treatment ideas and medication briefly.Methods:In the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,30 patients were selected according to the diagnostic criteria and the research criteria. YishenTiaoxue decoction 1,2,3 would be given in the postmenstrual, the premenstruum and the menstruation. After 3 months of continuous treatment, observing the improvement of menstruation, assessing the change of systemic symptoms and analysis of clinical efficacy.Results:As a result, the total clinical efficacy was 90%, the cure rate was 13.33%, the effective rate was 46.67%, the effective rate was 30%, and the efficiency was 10%. There was a significant difference in the scores of TCM syndrome and in the improvement of menstrual conditions after treatment(P< 0.01). There was statistical significance in the improvement of related symptoms(P< 0.05). There were significant differences before and after treatment in the symptoms, except the dizziness and tinnitus (P> 0.05)Research conclusions:YishenTiaoxue decoction can regulate their menstrual conditions and the overall related symptoms effectively with periodic therapy. It has an obvious curative effect in the treatment of hypomenorrhea patients with kidney qi deficiency. There is no obvious adverse and toxic reactions with YishenTiaoxue decoction.
