| Objectives:By comparing different dosage forms of Erzhifang and lidocaine in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation,this paper discusses the clinical efficacy and the better dosage form of Erzhifang in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.So as to provide a new method and clinical treatment for the disease and provide the preliminary clinical basis for the next step of research.Methods:From August 2018 to February 2019,150 patients with primary premature ejaculation were selected according to the inclusion criteria.All patients were randomly divided into five groups,30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Erzhifang spray,group B was treated with Erzhifang oil,group C was treated with Erzhifang ointment,blank group was treated with placebo,and control group was treated with lidocaine.After 2 weeks,the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.After treatment,the IELT,PEDT,PEP,CIPE scores of the five groups were improved.Spray group,oil group,paste group and lidocaine group were obviously improved(P<0.05),showing significant difference.There was no significant improvement in blank group(P>0.05),no statistical significance.2.Compared with spray group,oil group,paste group and blank group,the IELT,PEDT,PEP score of the lidocaine group was significantly improved(P<0.05),showing significant difference.3.The improvement of CIPE score in paste group was more significant than that in spray group,oil group,blank group and control group(P<0.05),with significant difference.4.The improvement of IELT,PEP,CIPE,PEDT score in paste group was more significant than that in spray group,oil group(P<0.05),with significant difference.Conclusion:Erzhifang is effective in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation,and the paste has the best effect.It can significantly prolong the sexual life time and improve the sexual satisfaction of patients.It can be used as a better choice for the treatment of primary premature ejaculation with Erzhifang. |
