At present,more and more public health service departments have been facing lower employee satisfaction、decline of employee job performance and higher employee turnover rate,and these problems hinder the sustainable development of the organization.Low employee satisfaction may result in lower unit output,and public service quality level is also affected,so as to affect the normal public health service system.Based on the Yu Yang area grass-roots health institutions as the research sample.First of all, through refering to the staff satisfaction research in the field of literature at home and abroad,combining the domestic hospital staff satisfaction research,the author designed the employee satisfaction survey by herself,and conducted field investigation.Then,according to the relevant theoretical knowledge,using statistical methods to analyze research data.Descriptive statistics was carried out on the survey data analysis and principal component factor analysis.The article summarizes the problems existing in the grassroots health institutions employee satisfaction as well as the causes of these problems,based on the results of the analysis. According to the nature of institutions, In Combination With the present situation of employee satisfaction,The article puts forward suggestions and solving measures from five aspects,sucn as salary system、 performance management system and the building of enterprise culture and so on,to improve the employee satisfaction of the Yu Yang area grass-roots health institutions.The innovation of this paper is to fill the gaps in the investigation of the employee satisfaction survey in Yuyang district. Through the analysis of the current situation of human resource management in Yuyang District, we can find the problems in the management of employee satisfaction.According to the survey, putting forward solutions to improve employee satisfaction. See through the appearance,this paper discusses the problems existing in the public health in the management level in our province, providing cutting-edge information and data for the medical services industry and grass-roots organization.
