Honesty Factors Of Drug Safety Issues In China

Drug is a special commodity. It plays a very important role for human life and health. In recent years, high frequency of drug safety cases is cause for concern in China. There is the serious lack of honesty in pharmaceutical industry, which is the major source of lead to drug safety incidents that cannot be ignored by regulatory authorities. To ensure drug safety, the Government always attaches great importance to drug safety issues. The mark order is rectified and standardized by stringently fighting against the illegal the counterfeiting and sell of medicines. However, the current situation of drug safety is not optimistic yet in China. Therefore, it is important to improve the integrity of employees and enhance social responsibility of drug companies.This study focused on the practitioners of pharmaceutical industries. Firstly, we summarized the universal causes and laws of drug safety incidents based on classic cases. Secondly, we analyzed the difficulties and problems in the regulatory process using questionnaire for drug regulatory practitioners. Thirdly, we analyzed thoughts of employees and current status of work from the perspective of integrity and corporate social responsibility through observing employees of pharmaceutical companies and interviewing with them. On the basis of above studies, we summarized the reason for the lack of drug safety integrity. Subsequently, we propounded effective solutions for solving these questions.This paper was divided into four chapters:Chapter One is the introduction. It mainly included the background and significance of studying this topic, reviews, research design and research methods, research basis and related theories. Chapter Two is the current honesty status of drug safety issues. We analyzed current thoughts and working trends of employees and summarized the current honesty status of current drug safety based on the analysis of classic cases, questionnaire for drug regulatory practitioners and observing employees of pharmaceutical companies and interviewing with them. Chapter Three is the reason for the lack of integrity of drug safety in China. On the basis of studying the current status of drug safety, we analyzed the reason for the lack of integrity of drug safety from three aspects, such as drug regulatory, drug companies and the environment of social honesty, respectively. Chapter Four is the solutions of solving the question of the lack of integrity of drug safety. on the basis of cause analysis, we put forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions, such as developing the legal system, improving law enforcement team, constructing the platform of managing drug integrity in China, encouraging the establishment of corporation culture, strengthening the sense of responsibility, strengthening moral education and integrity publicity of employees, playing an important role of drug regulatory and supervision by public opinions.
