Objective:Currently, radiation therapy, chemotherapy has become the fastest progress in clinical tumor therapy is the most common method, but at the same time of radiation and chemotherapy, its toxic effects and adverse reactions caused by more and more attention, especially bone marrow suppression, main show is leukopenia, followed by platelets, red blood cells decreases, caused serious when hemoglobin is reduced, affect the tumor patient prognosis and quality of life. Application of traditional Chinese medicine, by contrast, the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor to put, bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy curative effect is distinct, in improving patients with hematology objective evidence as well as improve the patient’s systemic symptom, and no obvious adverse reactions. This study chose the activing blood tonic of Chinese medicine compound preparations of RenShen YangRong-Pill was studied, in order to understand the drug regulation function and mechanism of hematopoietic system, provide experimental data for clinical drug use and expand development support.Methods:The experimental research on bone marrow inhibition of mouse model, application of peripheral blood cell count, bone marrow biopsy, hematopoietic progenitor cells in vitro culture, flow cytometry, such as experimental methods, like, bone marrow nucleated cells from peripheral blood and bone marrow, histological morphology, hematopoietic progenitor cell colony yield, bone marrow cells apoptosis, cell cycle, etc., multi-level study tomifying qi blood square RenShen YangRong-Pill of bone marrow inhibitory effect of the recovery of hematopoietic function in mice and its mechanism, provide laboratory basis for clinical application.Results:(1) after the treatment, bone marrow suppression in mice peripheral blood WBC and RBC, hemoglobin, platelet count and number of bone marrow nucleated cells increased significantly, of which the dose groups increased most significantly;(2) after the treatment, bone marrow suppression in mice bone marrow hematopoietic area of different degrees of recovery, hematopoietic tissue area increased, among them with largest increase dose groups in bone marrow hematopoietic tissue area;(3) after the treatment, bone marrow suppression in mice in vitro three-line (red, grain, giant nuclear) hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell colony formation, and characteristic to the colony;(4) after the treatment, inhibit mice bone marrow hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells apoptosis rate significantly decreased, increased bone marrow cell proliferation index (PI), prompting the bone marrow cells from G0/G1 phase to value-added active S phase and G2/M phase, the activity of hematopoietic marrow.Conclusion:After doing RenShen YangRong-Pill can promote bone marrow suppression in mice in vitro recovery of hematopoietic system, make the bone marrow inhibition of peripheral blood cells in mice, significantly increase the number of bone marrow nucleated cells, increase the bone marrow hematopoietic area at the same time;Three (red, grain, giant nuclear) hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells in vitro cultivation of colony format ion; Prompt hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells as early as the late apoptosis rates down, speed up the hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell proliferation and differentiation, remove "G, phase block", make hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells to the active period (S and G2/M phase) cells in the transformation period shorten, ginseng tonic bolus mainly through the above ways to participate in the inhibition of mouse bone marrow hematopoietic regulation and its functional recovery of the system.
