Objective:To compare the stents assisted embolization with double microcatheter technology treatment of wide-necked aneurysms efficacy and safety analysis of both shortcomings, discuss the choice of treatment of wide-necked aneurysms manner or methodMethods:A retrospective analysis from January 2012 to December 2014 the medical records of three years of clinical diagnosis of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms in patients hospitalized in the use of endovascular treatment of 60 cases of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms hospitalized patients,60 patients with 62cases of the use of wide-necked aneurysms medical records SOLITAIRE AB stent adjuvant therapy and 30 cases of double micro catheter interventional treatment of wide-necked aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed medical records, research on both embolization rate, recurrence rate, prognosis satisfaction level for statistical analysis.Conclusion:We retrospectively reviewed SOLITAIRE AB bracket assistive technology and dual microcatheter technology in the treatment of wide-necked aneurysms medical information can be found both are effective for the treatment with the intracranial wide-necked aneurysms, both for aneurysm embolization no rate, the cure rate and complications and patient satisfaction significantly different, both are important means of treatment of wide-necked aneurysms, using what method of treatment of wide-necked aneurysms, should be based on the patient’s physical condition and illness disease as well as mastery of what surgery techniques.
