| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of auricular acupressure on Duodenal ulcer(DU)patients of serum Gastrin(Gastrin,Gas),Helicobacter pylori(Helicobacter pylori, Hp)eradication rate,the mucosa under electronic Gastroscopy and quality of life.In order to evaluate effect of auricular aucupressure on patients of DU about the improvement of the efficacy and its quality of life.Aimed at finding a way of nursing care which is safe and effective,simple and economical, easy to operate.Methods:According to the included and the exclusion criteria,60 cases of DU outpatient patients who came from Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital during March 2011 to August 2011,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.They meet the stansards of endoscopic diagnosis of DU and by 14C breath test for Hp infection. Control group treated with conventional Western medicine treatment and care,after the standard quadruple therapy for Hp eradication treatment for two weeks,the conventional-dose treatment of four weeks of anti-ulcer drugs were given in the program.Experimental group were given auricular aucupressure(duodenum,spleen,stomach,sympathy,shenmen,the cerebral cortex)on the basis of the control group,two ears take turn,each acupressure point press two minutes,3 times a day.Before and after the intervention,collected two groups of patients the serum Gas values,Hp infection, the mucosa under electronic Gastroscopy and peptic ulcer disease questionnaire’score. After the intervention,SPSS16.0 software wase used for statistical analysis and processing,then observe the improvement of patients with DU about the serum Gas,Hp eradication rate,electronic endoscopy results and quality of life.Results:After treatment,the serum Gas values were lower than befor treatment in both groups(P<0.05),the difference was statically significant;but the experimental group’s (65.66±19.63pg/ml) was lower than the control group’s (81.27±21.80pg/ml),so the efficacy of the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing serum Gas’slevel(P<0.05);After treatment,the experimental group’s Hp eradication rate which is 96.6% was higher than the control group’s which is 72.4%(P<0.05),the difference was statically significant.After treatment,the experimental group’s Gastroscope effective rate was 93.1% compared with the control group’s 82.1%,the difference was statically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peptic ulcer disease questionnaire’score was higher than befor treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the difference was statically significant,indicating that both the two groups could improve the quality of life of patients with DU;the experimental group’s score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statically significant(P<0.05),especially in the two dimensions of ulcer disease and mental state,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the efficacy of the experimental group was better than the control group;but when compared the two groups on the dimension of social functions,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that there was no differences of the two methods on improving the patients’quality of life in the field of social function.Conclusion:The results of this study show that auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy which as a adjuvant treatment of duodenal ulcer had exact effect,it had significant effect in reducing the serum Gas,raising Hp eradication rate and improving the gastroscope efficacy,the clinical efficacy was better than the control group,furthermore it could also improve the quality of life of the patients with DU.Indicating that auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy is an effective methods of nursing care to DU,which can not only improve the clinical efficacy,but also improve patient’s quality of life;and it’s mechanism may be related to regulating immunity,inhibiting acid,anti-inflammatory,enhance the mucosal barrier function improving microcirculation and so on.The auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy is safe and effective,simple and economical,can easily accepted by the patients,so it is worth to take further research and extension in the clinical nursing care and community nursing care. |
