Study On The Two-way Referral Of Cervical Spondylosis Between The Community Center And Comprehensive Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Object:The purpose of this article is to improve and standardize the ability of the community hospital in the treatment of cervical spondylosis, to use medical resources rationally, to solve the current situation of the difficulty and high cost of patients through exploring the effective model of the treatment of Cervical spondylosis.Method : To build a two-way referral care system, choose traditional Chinese hospital of shanxi as a center, and changfeng Community hospital in Wan Bai lin area in Shanxi Province as referring points. Using The Neck Disability Index assessment score rate for patients with cervical spondylosis, to establish The Neck Disability Index, to perform roll-out into clinical criteria.divide 150 patients into three groups according to the relevant clinical indicators, and the principle of the local administrator.One referring group(50cases)whose metabolic status was controlled by two-way referral care system,control group I(50 cases)cared only by Community hospitals and control group II(50cases)cared only by the traditional Chinese hospital of shanxi. Through the observation of the curative effect and treatment costs to explore the treatment of cervical spondylosis two-way referral patterns, to cope with the problem of visity a doctor difficultly, to solve the problem of limitation to general hospital human resources,at the same time to make community service more professional.Result : In the aspect of curative effect contrast: after repeated measurements analysis of variance, NDI score in different time was statistically different between(F = 671.53, P = 671.53); there is interactive effect between time and groups(F = 32.21, P = 0.000), the statistics difference between different groups(F = 18.68, P = 18.68), according to the multiple comparison of different time points, P = 0.00, NDI show that different time points have the same change trend, so it has statistical significance. By the comparison between each point ineach time,there is no difference between referral group and control group 2=0.546, P > 0.05,so it has no statistical significance, but there is statistical significance between referral and control group 1, control group 1and control group 2 P = 0.00.2) In the aspect of cost: through F test, F = 1.910, P = 0.152,(P > 0.1) between groups of variance, the variance analysis F = 365.57, P = 0.000,generally speaky,there is age difference among 3 groups(P < 0.05), and take the further LDD- T test. Each has their own differences between two groups,referral group is higher than the control group 1, control 2 group is higher than referral group, control group 2 is higher than the control group 1.Conclusion:The curative effect of referral patients and control 2 group is superior to the control group 1, no obvious difference was found in the curative effect between referral patients and control group 2. The costs of referral patients is lower than control group 2. The curative effect of the referral of patients is outstanding, therefore the curative effect of two-way referral patterns of cervical spondylosis is preliminary and it can be further promoted.
