Objective:To understand morbidity and mortality of cancer ion Kunshan city as well as cancerdistribution, data on malignant tumor rwascollected, sortedand analyzed. The aim is tocontrol the occurrence and development of malignant tumor and provide the countermeasures and interventions for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor.Methods:Collection of kunshan city, Jiangsu province tumor registry in 2006-2014 data and death of malignant tumors, in order to classify the ICD- 10 code. Statistics, analysis and compare the incidence of malignant tumors(death) rate, standardized(death) rate, age don’t(death) rate, the proportion, sex ratio and so on.Results:1.Kunshan city in 2006-2014 malignant tumor incidence for the total number of 18251 people, including 10327 men, women, 7924 people, sex ratio of 1.30. Crude incidence is 286.31 per 100 000, standardized incidence is 182.04 per 100 000. Male crude incidence of 324.56 per 100 000, standardized incidence of 204.58 per 100 000; Women crude incidence of 248.19 per 100 000, standardized incidence is 159.17 per 100 000. Male incidence of malignant tumor is significantly higher than female. Increased incidence of malignant tumor from 40- group, group- average at the age of 50, is at its peak in the 80- year- old – group2.Kunshan city in 2006-2006 malignant tumors in the top ten was followed by gastric cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, thyroid cancer, leukemia, bladder cancer. Men for lung cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, leukemia, malignant lymphoma.Women for breast cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, thyroid cancer, cervical cancer, esophageal cancer, gallbladder and pancreatic cancer.The top 10 incidence of malignant tumors of crude as of 212.86 per 100 000. Crude incidence is 253.09 per 100 000 thousands of men, women, crude incidence rate of 172.77 per 100 000, the male incidence of malignant tumor is significantly higher than women.3.2006 in 2014, kunshan tumor registry accumulates report malignant tumor death cases of 12027 cases, male deaths from malignant tumors of 7649 cases, female malignant tumor death cases of 4378 cases, sex ratio of 1.75:1. In 2000-2014 average annual mortality rate of malignant tumors of 188.67 per 100 000, the standardized mortality rate of 117.35/ per 100 000, average annual mortality rate of 240.39/ per 100 000 of men, the standardized mortality rate of 147.81 per 100 000, women’s average annual mortality rate of 137.12 per 100 000, standardized mortality rate of 86.59 per 100 000. Men than women. Standardized mortality combined male and female, male and female general decline, 9 years has fallen by 19.99%, 19.80% and 27.94%, respectively, the average reduction of 2.22%, 2.20% and 3.10% respectively.4. Kunshan city from 2006 to 2014 malignant tumors all the factors of the top ten death of lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, leukemia, breast cancer, malignant lymphoma, brain and nerve malignant tumor. Malignant tumor death factors of the top ten men in turn for lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreas, leukemia, malignant lymphoma, prostate cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Female malignant tumor death factors of the top ten of lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, leukemia, gallbladder, brain and nerve malignant tumor. In malignant tumor death constitute, lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer are male and female malignant tumor death before five. Each part in the malignant tumor mortality, highest is lung cancer, crude mortality rate of 44.39 per 100 000, in the death of the top ten factors, total crude mortality rate of 153.75 per 100 000, 202.55 per 100 000 than men, women as of 105.11 per 100 000, men are significantly higher than women.5. Kunshan city from 2006 to 2014 malignant tumor mortality before the age of 40 at lower levels, along with the age growth and increased slightly, 45 years old later rapidly rising, and reached a peak in the 80 s. In all age groups, 25 years old before death rates are the lowest among all age groups(1.99-5.48 per 100 000), there is an upward trend in later along with the growth of the age, to 55 to 59 years old age group, the mortality rate of 228.59 per 100 000, to 80-84 year old age group, the height of the mortality rate of 1633.10 per 100 000. Malignant tumor death at an average age of 68.53 years. In 2014 than in 2006 increased 1.58 years old. In malignant tumor on the average age of death, in 2006 the average age at death of men mean is 67.84, female is 67.29, the average age of death by 2014 men mean rose to 69.88, women rose to 69.78, men and women are showing a rising trend. Mortality in men and women age difference.Conclusions:Crude incidence rate of malignant tumor in Kunshancity is on the risefrom 2006 to 2014.The standardized mortality was higher in Kunshan city than in ChinaJiangsu province. Threat frommalignant tumor is greater in males than infemales. For many years,lung and digestive system malignant tumor hadhigh morbidity and mortality in Kunshan city.Thus, these cancers is thefocus formonitoring and controlof malignant tumorandis also the main direction of tumor prevention and treatment in this region. Middle-aged and old people arehigh-risk groups and should be monitor and control for these populations.
