Objective To evaluate the curative effect of continuous regional arterial infusion (CRAI) and intravenous administration for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Method Up to December,2014,A systemic search RCTs about comparing CRAI with intravenous administration treatment effect for SAP in EbMed, Embase, CNKI, WANGFANG and VIP database. Selected relevant literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Extract relevant information and data. The statistical analysis was conducted by using RevMan manager 5.2 software to Calculate the combined OR value, 95% confidence interval and P value of operation rate, complication rate, mortality to compare treatment effect differences of the two groups.Result Eleven RCTs with 822 patients were included in the final analysis. Compared with intravenous administration route, CRAI significantly decreased the operation rate(OR=0.21,95%CI:0.10~0.42, P<0.0001),complication rate(OR=0.37,95%CI:0.19~0.70, P=0.003) and mortality (OR=0.23,95%CI:0.14~0.38, P<0.00001).Conclusion CRAI is effective for treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Compared with intravenous administration route, CRAI have a significant effect on the improvement of the SAP patients’ outcomes. |
