Objective:enthesopathy also known as check terminal disease, load-point disease, adhesion, adhesion arthropathy (inflammation), refers to the tendon, ligament, joint capsule fiber layer on the bone attached part strain degeneration, with focal inflammation in the attachment or ligament attachment points. But many clinical cases prove that in recent years, a lot of attachment not excessive movement of people suffering from a disease risk of increased year by year, such as clinical common fingers and pediatric femoral periosteum rim calcification, the reason is not clear, so we from the motor attachment disease pathogenesis and main MRI manifestation of depression in the excessive sports imaging findings of attachment of a disease. Methods:Combined with related cases have been reported in the literature study.1. The study of different athletes MRI manifestation of different parts of the joints, tendon injuries, compared with normal volunteers, and then from the Angle of sports medicine, the author analyzes the reasons of the patients with terminal illness, so as to analyze MRI characteristics of athletes belongs disease common parts 2. Excessive movement of symptomatic patients for specific parts of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan, MRI signs and volunteers and athletes comparison, analysis of the MRI features of the population belongs disease 3. The analysis summary and compare the different factors of MRI lesions of attachment of a disease.Results:1. Athletes enthesopathy mainly happens on the joints of the limbs synovial end structure, mainly happens on the knee, secondly the small of the back, shoulder, elbow, wrist and ankle 2. The Athletes enthesopathy have specificity of MRI manifestationsConclusion:Athletes accept a large load training, there will be focal inflammation in the end structure, causing thickening tendon and ligament, MRI screening can detect and diagnose...
