Objective: To analyse the difference of Fasting plasma glucose, Fructosamine, Glycated hemoglobin,Alanine aminotransferase, Aspartate aminotransferase, γ-Glutamyl transpeptidase, Globulin,Total bilirubin in Varying serum HCV-RNA loads of chronic hepatitis C- diabetes mellitus patients. To investigate the mechanism of action of sugar metabolic disorder in patients with chronic hepatitis C,To provide scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis C- diabetes mellitus. Methods: Selection of 120 cases of chronic hepatitis C- diabetes mellitus patients who were inpatiented from January 2005 to January 2014 in the first affiliated hospital of the medical college shihezi university(including 84 cases who were inpatiented from January 2009 to October 2013) and 30 healthy cases without any history of hepatitis who were inpatiented at the same time in the hospital. The diagnosis standards of chronic hepatitis C accord with infectious diseases and parasitic neurology, and liver disease branch of Chinese medical association in 2007 for the diagnosis of hepatitis C prevention guide standards. The diagnosis standards of diabetes accord with the diabetes diagnosistic criteria released by the world health organization and the international diabetes federation in 1999.Collect the datas of FPG, FA, Hb A1 C,AST, ALT, γ-GGT, GLB, TBIL in patients and healthy controls, and collect the datas of HCV-RNA in CHC-DM patients. Sorting data and calculate its abnormal rate, variance, the mean. Using the SPSS17.0statistical software to compare the difference between the groups. Results: 84 patients were divide into HCV-RNA negative group and HCV-RNA positive group,The comparative analysis showed that the mean value of FPG, Hb A1 C in RNA positive group was higher than that in RNA negative group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The abnormal rate of FPG, Hb A1 C between two CHC-DM patient groups were higher in the RNA positive group than the negative group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The abnormal rate of FA in the RNA positive group was higher, but the difference was not statistically(P> 0.05). 120 cases of chronic hepatitis C- diabetes mellitus patients were divided into 4 groups,Statistical analysis of the basic data of the four groups’ patients showed that the mean value of CHC-DM patients’ FPG, FA, Hb A1 C in virus negative group, low virus group, middle virus group and high virus group accord with normal distribution(P>0.05),And have constant variances(P>0.05). The mean level of FPG, FA, Hb A1 C in high virus group was higher than the other groups. The difference of FPG, FA, Hb A1 C during four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The abnormal rates of ALT, AST, GGT, TBIL of CHC-DM patients in the four groups were higher than that in the normal control group, but the abnormal rates of GLB of CHC-DM patients in the four groups were lower. The abnormal cases and the abnormal rate of CHC-DM patients’ ALT, AST,GLB, GGT, TBIL in the four groups had not significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The abnormal rates of CHC-DM patients’ FPG,FA,Hb A1 C in HCV-RNA positive group were higher than that in HCV-RNA negative group, and the level loads of HCV-RNA might be related to the abnormity of FPG, FA, Hb A1 C.2. The level of CHC-DM patients’ PG,FA,Hb A1 C had a increase trend with the increase of the levelof HCV-RNA,so HCV chronic patients should closely monitor their dynamic change.3. There is a certain correlation between the level of HCV-RNA and the levels and the abnormal rates of ALT,AST,GGT and TBIL.
