Based on the same diabetic education, dietand exercise guidance, the treatment grouP were given oral HuangDijiXian decoction,the control group was given oral metformin treatment, the two groups were observedfor12weeks. The second Part The experiment observation of “reinforcing and reducing,adjust the balance†method to the type2diabetes HbA1cObjective: To observe the effects of "the application of reinforcing and reducing,adjust the balance " method guiding experience prescription HuangDijiXianDecoction on the HbA1c in type2diabetic rats, verify whether the experience hasreduced the role of HbA1c, to further explore the mechanism of regulation"reinforcing and reducing, adjust the balance" method to provide the experimentalbasis.Methods: Male SD rats of clean grade60, randomly selected10set as the normalcontrol group, the remaining50given high fat diet+disposable small dose ofintraperitoneal injection of STZ+stress to induce rat model of type2diabetesmellitus. After the success of modeling were randomly divided into model group,western medicine group, Chinese medicine treatment of low, medium and high dosegroups,10rats in each group. All groups were treated8weeks of observation,determination of trace glucose every2weeks, before and after administration of thebody weight, the determination of FPG, HbA1c were administered, finally usingSPSS17.0software to analyze the data of the statistical analysis of the results.Results:(A) rat general: Normal control group rats were generally in goodcondition; the rats in the model group general condition was poor; western medicinetreatment group, Chinese herbal medicine in high, medium and low dose group ratswere administered after treatment, improved to different extent in general have.(B) the effects on rat weight:1, the normal control group and the other five groupshad significant difference (P<0.05or0.01);2, the model group and traditionalChinese medicine high, middle dose groups was statistically significant (P<0.05or0.01), and Western medicine treatment group, low-dose group showed no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05);3, except for the normal control group, high dose of Chinesemedicine group and the other four groups had significant difference (P<0.05). (C) the effects on blood glucose:1, the normal group and the model group werestatistically significant (P<0.01);2, the model group and the western medicinetreatment group, Chinese medicine of high, middle dose group were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05or0.01), there was no significant difference between the modelgroup and the low dose group (P>0.05);3, western medicine group and traditionalChinese medicine high, middle dose group showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).(D) the effects on HbA1c:1, the normal group and the model group, western medicinegroup, Chinese medicine low dose group were statistically significant (P<0.05), nostatistical significance compared with traditional Chinese medicine high dose group(P>0.05);2, the model group and the traditional Chinese medicine low dose groupshowed no statistical significance (P>0.05);3, the western medicine treatment groupand high dose TCM group had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion: the experiment adopts scientific, novel modeling methods induced ratmodel of type2diabetes, a success rate of90%. Through the study found, with theapplication of reinforcing and reducing, adjust the balance method guiding experienceprescription HuangDijiXian Decoction can obviously improve the diabetic rats ingeneral, significantly reduced blood glucose and HbA1c, is effective in thetreatment of type2diabetes mellitus. The treatment is mainly through three types ofdiabetes all treatment, the cold and hot property of drug use together, reinforcing andreducing method with application, overall adjustment, can repair islet cells, inhibitingfurther islet cell apoptosis, so as to achieve the goal of diabetes treatment, but themolecular mechanism is not clear, need further study.
