Experiment one Study of The cytotoxicity experiment iodine modified Ti O2 thin film coatings PVC endotracheal tubeObjective:To evaluate the cytotoxicity of the iodine modified Ti O2 film coated PVC endotracheal tube.Methods:According to the national standards of biological evaluation of medical devices, the preparation of the iodine modified Ti O2 film coated PVC tracheal tube extraction, using MTT colorimetric method; the experimental materials(iodine modified Ti O2 thin film coatings PVC endotracheal tube) extract, negative control(standard medical PVC endotracheal tube) leaching extract, positive control(dilute solution of phenol and saline) on mouse embryonic fibroblasts(L-929) were cultured in each group was calculated, the relative cell proliferation rate(P%) and microscopic observation of cell morphology, cell toxicity evaluation of experimental materials.Results:MTT results showed that the experimental material extract and the negative control group, cell toxicity was grade 1, the cells morphology under microscope, there was no obvious change, a normal spindle; positive control liquid cytotoxicity was grade 3, under the microscope, cells lose their normal shape, of the burr shape change.
