In peacetime or wartime, the incidence rate of skin and soft tissue injury is very high, while the development of modern weapons and tools makes traumatic condition complex. Because the technology of vcuum-assisted closure has merits of saving human and health resources, increasing regional blood flows of raw surface and eliminating oedema and infest quickly.etc, it will have major potentiality in treating skin and soft tissue injury under the condition of anti-invasive wars, natural disasters and rescues in the future .The technology of vcuum-assisted closure has been carried out widely in the west, but it is mainly emphasized on clinical application. At present two kinds of sponge dressings are mainly applied to V. A. C. which are PVA and PUE and they have been authenticated by the Food And Drug Administration. The two kinds of sponges are all produced in China, but PUE is the majority. Although few medical institutions have applied PUE to the clinic, it is short of complete and systematic datum of biosecurity evaluation.
