In a tertiary hospital in Shanxi Province, 161 patients with Parkinson’s Disease are being used as an example, through an investigation and study on the quality of their lives within the hospital along with any existing problems. This is to determine the factors affecting the quality of life for patients with Parkinson’s, so as to provide evidence for improving their quality of life.Research is done by using a questionnaire conducted from 2013 April to2014 December in Shanxi Medical University’s Second Clinical Hospital Neuroscience Outpatient Department of Internal Medicine on patients with Parkinson’s disease as the object of study. The results found 91 cases of Parkinson’s Disease in male patients, and 70 cases in female patients. Evaluation of their quality of life is done using the Parkinson scale: PDQ-39 scale Chinese version. Application of the SPSS22.0 software is used for a statistical analysis of the data. Results of the study are as follows:1.The reliability and validity of the PDQ-39 scale Chinese version used in measuring the quality of life in patients with a good Parkinson’s evaluation scale found that the 8dimensions of the Krone Bach coefficient of 6 dimensions are larger than 0.8. The Krone Bach’s total coefficient scale was 0.960, and the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total scale had a minimum of 0.572 to a maximum of 0.867. This is to illustrate the relationship between the higher dimensions with the total scale, indicating the overall validity.2.Group waistline values for the case group Parkinson’s patients, are measured with a waist circumference control to find the quality of life in all patients. The results found that females scored higher than the male in total. Older patients with a higher Parkinson’s PDQ39 score means lower quality of life, and motion dimensions score in patients older than 65 years of age measured the highest, quality of life for the lowest movement. The longer the duration of each higher dimension score9, the lower the quality of life. The course of disease is greater than or equal to 5 years in patients with the highest activities of daily living dimension score; the smaller BMI value of patients are with dimensions of the lower PDQ-39 scores. Different grading of diseases are relevant to the 8 dimension scale.3.Multiple linear regression results show that:The main factors affecting the quality of life in patients with the disease course, classification, is waist circumference, and age.The main factors affecting the patient motion dimension for disease classifications are longer durations and waist circumference for smaller patients. The main factors to affect the daily life of patients with active dimensions for grading of diseases are the course of disease and waist circumference. Grading of diseases: If the value of the total score is higher, the life quality is lower. The main factors affecting the mental health of the patient dimension for grading of diseases are the course of disease, age, waist circumference and BMI.The main factor to affect patients with stigma dimensions are duration, of the disease, age and waist circumference. The influencing factors in social support for patients with dimension are the course of disease and age.The influencing factors of patients with cognitive dimension for grading of diseases are the course of disease, age and BMI. The main influential factors of patients with social dimensions of shadow for the grading of diseases are the course of disease, age, waist circumference and BMI.The main factor affecting the patient’s unwell dimensions are the duration of disease and waist circumference. The PDQ-39 scale Chinese version used to measure the quality of life in patients with Parkinson’s Diseases’ provides a better evaluation of the reliability and validity of the patients’ quality of life. Parkinson’s was investigated as the higher score than the normal group score; the main factors affecting the quality of life in patients with Parkinson disease is classified through the course of the disease, age and waist circumference. Smaller scale total score in patients with higher disease; the higher the grade on the scale for patients, the lower the quality of life is for them. Furthermore, the longer the duration for the patients, the score will be higher and thus the quality of life lower. Because of the clinical symptoms for patients with special existence, they cannot take care of themselves. Problems with communication barriers; physiology and psychology are under tremendous pressure, from family, medical personnel, social and other aspects to strengthen Parkinson’s patient support.
