Study results:1. In 1985-2013 there Shanxi(61) pieces of nursing patents granted, three to get a temporary patent protection; three hospitals have nine application is approved, the application is approved two hospitals had three; a total of 135 people participation in nursing patented invention, there is 12 nursing patent has been transformed, with little promotion and application of a wide range of proprietary products; there are 52 nursing patent unconverted.2. Found during the investigation of the factors that hinder the patent transformed interaction mutual restraint. C hief among them is the lack of conversion of funds; secondly as well as government and hospital nursing research and development support, care itself patented low level of technology, market demand, economic transformation of nursing patents, patent management system hospitals, nursing patented products amount, patented product market life cycle and other reasons.3. If we can leverage the solution to break barriers to the growth of each nursing patent ceiling model, nursing patented low conversion rate of the problem is solved. Conclusions:Nursing patent status of Shanxi low conversion rate is the result of many factors working together, and by the special nature of the impact is greater than the cost of social care and patents, the country should be aware of a significant gap between C hina and foreign care, increase nursing research investment, pay attention to nursing research personnel training, the establishment of nursing research funding and improve patent legislation or transformation approach to the results of application-oriented research to establish the medical evaluation and incentive mechanism and gradually establish a variety of services transformation patents, patent care development needs through a long period of time will be in a huge role in promoting economic and social development.
