Aims:Comparing the difference of ratio change between the intestinal coccobacillus of awake patients with craniocerebral trauma and Patients with disturbance of consciousness with craniocerebral trauma.Comparing the effect of two kind of enteral nutrition on patients with severe traumatic brain injury, before and after using it. And whether the comparison has statistical significance. Comparing whether the effect of two enteral nutritions on the digestive complications has statistical significance. Observing the effect of gastrointestinal symptomsare caused by the use of enteral nutrition on the probiotics symptoms.Methods:84 patients, from May to December in 2013, of Department of Neurosurgery, the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University were collected. There are 42 patients who have disturbance of consciousness and need nasogastric enteral nutrition. And the other 42 patients have clear consciousness and can completely oral feeding. Observing the ratio change of the two group patients’ test specimens of coccobacillus. Observing the two group patients’ serumalbumin values, before and after using two kinds of enteral nutrition.Observing whether the patients, after use of enteral nutrition, have the gastrointestinal complications, such as bloating and diarrhea. The ratio change of coccobacillus in the defecate of patients having gastrointestinal complications. The effect of active probiotics on the improvement of gastrointestinal complications and the ratio change of patients.Results:1.The patients having disturbance of consciousness caused by craniocerebral trauma will have the ratio change of Intestine coccobacillus.2.There was significant difference in digestive tract symptoms between changed intestinal flora group and control.3.The use of two kind of enteral nutrition can increase the patients’ serum albumin, but the comparation of them has no statistical significance.4.gastrointestinal complications of enteral nutritional suspension is less than enteral nutritional emulsion.5.The gastrointestinal complications of patients disappear after being given probiotics or relative gastrointestinal drugs and treatmet.Conclusions:1.Severe craniocerebral trauma patients’ ratio change of intestinal coccobacillus may change. 2.We cannot conclude that the ratio change of intestine coccobacillus will cause the gastrointestinal complications. 3. The serum albumin of severe patients in the department of neurosurgery was increased in TPF and TPF. 4. For the use of enteral nutritional, the gastrointestinal complications of suspension is less than that of emulsion. 5.The use of probiotics is helpful for the improvement of gastrointestinal complications caused by the enteral nutrition preparation.
