Objective:For accurate assessment of intracranial atherosclerotic cerebal infartion(ACI) in patints with vascular lesions range, degree to stensis and disease developed trand, this paper aims to explore the ambultory blood presure monittoring(ABPM), by transranial color Dopler ultrasund(TCD) combind with cervlcal artery ultresound of middle cerabral vein(MCA) atheresclerotic ACI patients in the clinical applicetion value of.Methods:Screening of 157 cases of April 5, 2010 to 2013 December, Changzhi City, the second people’s Hospital Departmant of Neurelogy, Mc A atheresclerosis in patiants with ACI as research object. Of which 96 casas of virile sufferers, 61 female sufferers, all patients were treated by magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) were diagnosed as ACI. The other selected in our hospital 50 cases of healthy persons, as wholesome contral team. The number of vascular lesions of patients with TCD of ACI patients after 6 to 48 hours, one day and ninght ambultory bload presure montoring(ABp M),; TCD and carotod artery color Doppler ultrasanography(CDFI) by the seme physcian in patients admited to the hospital for a weak in order to check the detaction control graup of bilataral MCA systalic peek flow velocity(VS), end diatolic velocity(VD), pulsatlity index(PI), and resistonce index(RI), carotid artery color Dopler flow imaging(CDFI) measurements of the bilateral common caratid artery(CCA) systolic blood vessel diamater(DS), CCA mean intlma-media thikness(IMT), observe no plaque, or record the CCA or intarnal caroted artary(ICA), playque eaho intensity, number or playque.Results:ACI patients with 24-haur average systlic blood pressure(24h MSBP), 24 hour averge pulse pressure 24 h MPP, nightime average sistolic blood pressure(n MSBP) were signficantly higher thon those in healthy control graup, as well as ACI sufferers than the wholesome team there are more hypertention rhythm abnormalities moreover morning peak phenomenon, differences exist statitcal signficance(P < 0.05);ACI patients MRA positive and negative side comparison results known CCA-Ds,ccaimt togethor with MCA-RI, however, carotid artery plaque occurrence rate, mixad echo and lower echo plaques occurred rates, multiple plaquent incidence rates of no significant difference, P > 0.05, do not have signficant difference;ACI group MRA bilateral CCA-Ds, CCA-IMT index of ware signficantly more than those in healthy compareed group and bilateral mca-ri values of was obvously more than wich of the compareabal group, P < 0.05 has statstical significence; caratid artery pleque in the Ac I group appear rate, mixad echo and hypoechoic plaque incadence rate, incidance rates of pleque were contrasted with the heaithy Kang compared group increased signifcantly, P < 0.05, with statstical significance.157 cases of ACI patients with TCD displayed MRA positive side MCA summit systlic blood flaw velocity increased in 42 cases(27.39%), peak systolic velocity of blood flow slowed down 87 cases(55.41%), velocity of blood flow in the normal range in 25cases(15.92) TCD detected the abnormal rate of MCA velocity is 83.44%(131/157).Conclusions:MCA Atheromatous Sclerosis in patients with ACI CCA-Ds, IMT and caroted artery pleque rate, mixed echo and hypoechoic plaque occurrence rate, incidence rate of plaque often and health personnel exist larger differences, indicating that carotid CDFI can accurately reflect the severity of intracranial atherosclerosis, and TCD can directly said MCA blood flow direction and contorts trend and vascular lesions of the acquisitionthereof, closest and ended vasculer hemadynamic paremeters, for the earlier diagnasis of atherasclerosis in MCA has important significance, to offer guidance to clinical treatment of the significance.
