Objective:To explore the treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis without significantobstruction. Methods:retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2009 September-2014 year in June treated in our hospital with no obvious obstruction 28 biliary pancreatitis patients taking clinical data and treatment results of differenttreatment were studied. Results:the patients were diagnosed after conservative treatment, magnetic resonancecholan giopancreatography(MRCP) with or without obstruction of bile duct, 28 cases were no t found stones acute pancreatitis after recovery, 11 patients underwent laparoscopic chol ecystectomy(Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy LC). Among them 17 cases underwent end oscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) + endoscopic sphincterotomy(ES T) stone + endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD) after conservative treatment. Group 1patients, recurrent pancreatitis 1 others recovered well. Group of 2 patients with recurr ent pancreatitis in 3 people,9 people appeared different degree of jaundice and liver ar ea pain, 6 people two times surgery to remove the gallbladder. Conclusion:acute biliary pancreatitis without obvious obstruction, to LC after the treatment of p ancreatitis recoveryeffect was better in the observation of the patients with 2-3 weeks.
