Exploration Of Treatment Of 140 Cases Of Acute Biliary Pancreatitis

Objective To explore the individualized treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis(ABP).Methods The clinical data of 140 patients with ABP treated during January 2003 to October 2008 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Resultsâ‘ MABP type(126 cases) : Among the 41 cases of non-obstruction ,15 cases were treated non-operatively and 26 cases underwent selective operations,which were all cured;The 85 cases of obstruction underwent delayed operations and were all cured.â‘¡SABP type(14 cases) :11 cases underwent conservative therapy at first and then underwent delayed operations.3 cases of them with postoperative complication were cured with the others;3 cases underwent early operations and,with postoperative complication,2 cases were cured but 1 case were dead after the treatment.Conclusion The treatment of ABP should follow the individualized order.It is important to choose operative opportunity and reasonable operative style in the individualized treatment of ABP.
