Objective:To investigate the relationship of autocrine motility factor receptor(AMFR) and nestin 2(nidogen-2, NID-2) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) and peritumoral tissues associated with the case judge between parameters. Methods:Immunohistochemical detection AMFR and NID-2 in 60 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 25 cases of normal mucosa(control group) tissues, the application χ2 test to analyze the patient’s sex, age, lymph node metastasis, etc. the relationship between pathological parameters. Results:AMFR in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and positive expression rate of the control group was 85% and 76%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); NID-2 expression rate in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and control groups, respectively 32% and 88%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). LSCC AMFR upregulated with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma of T stage, histological grade and clinical stage(P <0.05), with gender, age, type and lymph node metastasis; NID-2 downregulation in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma of T stage, histological grade and clinical stage(P <0.05), with gethe development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx snder, age, type and lymph node metastasis. After statistical analysis, AMFR andNID-2 expression was negatively correlated(P <0.01).Conclusions:AMFR and NID-2 expression in laryngeal squamous cell differences and adjacent normal tissues, and consistent influence between the two, to participate in uggesting that it can be used as molecular markers for early diagnosis thereof, and specific targets as laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma therapy.
