The Clinical Observation And Economics Index Analysis About Nano-silver Antibacterial Gel And Silver Zinc Cream In The Treatment Of Deep Secong-degree Burns

Objective Compare the clinical therapeutic effects about nano-silver antibacterial gel and silver zinc cream in the treatment of deep Ⅱ degree burn wound,and analysis unit burn area economics indicators of the wound.Material and MethodFrom May 2014 to February 2015,during the hospital treatment of deep Ⅱdegree burn patients,selecting 30 patients into the group standard.And randomly divided them into two groups(a group with silver zinc cream,another group was treated with nano-silver antibacterial gel),Each groups of 15 cases.Each burn patients in the sme conditions debridement drainage of blister and remove have separate epidermis.with 0.5% of Iodophors,clean the wound. A group: The wound was covered by gauzes,which was fulled of silver zinc cream.Another group: the wound was covered by gauze,which was fulled of ano-silver antibacterial gel,all covered with sterile gauze.Meanwhile,to observe the wound after7 d,14d,21 d the treatments.Record the rate of swelling and the healing of the wound,and calculate the cost of each unit in patients with burn area. Count data and rate compared with t test is used for measuring data.Wilcoxon rank and inspection for hierarchical data.Data with statistical software(SPSS 20.0) were analyzed.With P 〈 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Analysis and comparison of the two drups clinical curative effect and economics index.Results Compare the two groups,there was no statistical differences(P〉0.05) in terms of swelling of the wound.、healing rate and the healing time.But silver zinc cream was superior to nano-silver antibacterial gel in aspect of wound treatment of economic value(P〈0.05).Conclusion Compare with the two groups, there was no statistical differences in terms of swelling of the wound、healing rate and the healing time;But silver zinc cream was superior to nano-silver antibacterial gel in aspect of wound treatment of economic value.So in the clinical work we need to take into consideration the choice.
