Reserch On The Improvement Of Medical Investigation Mode Of Infectious Disease At Luohu Port

This article is based on the actual quarantine work in Luohu Port, and takes the infectious diseases medical investigation in Luohu port as the object of study. Through the analysis of data collation in recent years, the article describes the status of the medical investigation of infect ious diseases in Luohu port:Though analyzing the number and types of the diagnosed infectious diseases in Luohu Port, we can understand the changes in the current trend of infectious diseases and infectious diseases port investigation; compar ingthe data of interception passengers from three medical investigation ways to set priorities of three ways; using the schematic diagram to describe the installation of the infrared thermometer in Luohu Port immigration channel. Through a variety of specific situations and problems, the article analyzed the problems of the practical work of the three infectious medical investigations in details, and then presented concrete proposals for improvement: from the public managerial level, analysis the training of quarantine officers,the scientific management of work,the lack of government’s credibility and so on,then propose the corresponding recommendations for the improvement. At last concluded the inspiration and advice from the Japan and Hong Kong port.In recent years, various types of infectious disease continu ally outbreaks, only in 2014 it had already appeared two infectious diseases with a wide-ranging influence as Ebola and dengue. The increase of port infectious medical investigation capacity is imperative. This study is conducive to improve all kinds of prevention and control of infectious diseases in Luohu Port, It can be a reference for other ports to improve the prevention and control of infectious diseases, and also will be helpful to protect people’s lives and health and safety, ensure social stability and harmony.
