The Clinical Study On Petri Shengxue Granules Combined With Chemotherrapy In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer

Objectives: To observe the clinical curative effect of Petri Shengxue granulescombined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer, characteristics andadvantages compared with common method for treating this disease by combiningwith the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicinediscusses Pestalozzi, provide an objective basis for the treatment of lung cancer withthe method of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for Petricharacteristics.Methods:From2012December to2013December in traditional Chinesemedicine and Western medicine in Gansu Province Tumor Hospital met the inclusioncriteria of lung cancer cases70cases, randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group,35cases each group. Two groups of patients were given chemotherapyand treated with oxygen, anti-inflammatory and other symptomatic and supportivetreatment. The treatment group received basic therapy plus Petri Shengxue granules,first day of chemotherapy oral,15g once,2times/day; the control group was givenbasic treatment plus Zhenqi Fuzheng granules, first day of chemotherapy oral,15gonce,2times/day. Two cycles for a course of treatment. Observed before and aftertreatment in patients with Karnofsky score, body weight, blood routine, tumormarkers (lung cancer) to evaluate the clinical effect of value Petri Shengxue granuleson lung cancer, and liver and renal function tests before and after the treatment forsafety evaluation of drugs.Results:1. To improve the quality of life of patients, increase the body weight, thetreatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05), the difference wasstatistically significant.2. In the bone marrow reducing side effects of chemotherapy suppression, thetreatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05), the difference wasstatistically significant.3. In reducing tumor marker values (lung cancer), the treatment group was betterthan the control group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant.4. In the liver and kidney function, the treatment group and the control group hadno significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions: The Petri Shengxue granules can improve the quality of life ofpatients with lung cancer, and to increase its weight; can significantly reduce thechemotherapy in patients with lung cancer of the bone marrow suppression; caneffectively reduce the lung cancer patients CA125, CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE levels,enhance the anti-tumor effect of the body; no damage to liver and kidney function, safety and reliable.
