Research background:Preeclampsia is a peculiar disease which has the serious influence on maternal and child health diseases, nearly a century time past about the research on environmental and genetic factors in the role of the onset of PE, but the exact pathogenesis still unknown. Genome-wide association analysis(Genome wide association study, GWAS) has been the study found that chronic hypertension and chronic kidney disease occurs with the UMOD SNPrs13333226 gene polymorphism loci and there are significant correlation. And the major clinical manifestations of preeclampsia are high blood pressure and proteinuria, so speculation SNPrs13333226 UMOD gene polymorphism loci may be associated with the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. At present about SNPrs13333226 UMOD gene polymorphism loci and preeclampsia research has yet not to carry out. So we will have the study about the correlation of SNPrs13333226 UMOD gene polymorphism loci with preeclampsia disease.Research methods:All subjects were 368, among them the control group are normal pregnant women,188, the disease group are patients with preeclampsia,180. Which are biagnoseb according to the gestational hypertension disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines(2012 edition), according to the disease severity the research group was divided into mild preeclampsia group(109) and severe preeclampsia group(71), according to the onset time of disease the research group was divided into early-onset preeclampsia group(77)and late-onset preeclampsia group(103). Extract all the research object of peripheral blood DNA, using fluorescence quantitative PCR reaction to amplify,detect,classificate and analysis gene.The results of the study:1. About the smallest allele frequency of SNPrs13333226 UMOD gene polymorphism loci there is no statistical difference between control group and disease group(P = 0.62; OR: 1.08; 95% CI: 0.81 1.44). Between control group and mild preeclampsia group(P = 0.16; OR: 1.32; 95% CI: 0.89 19.4) and with severe preeclampsia groups(P = 0.76; OR: 0.95; 95% CI: 0.67 1.34) there is no statisticaldifference. MAF between control group and early-onset preeclampsia group(P = 0.97;OR: 0.99; 95% CI: 0.67 1.43) and late-onset preeclampsia(P = 0.39; OR: 1.17; 95% CI:0.82 1.67) had no statistical difference.2. Comparing the disease group to the control group, even according to severity of the disease and the disease occured time,there are all no difference.The conclusion of the study:There is no significant association found between SNPrs13333226 UMOD gene polymorphism loci and preeclampsia women.
