Objective: To investigate the stent assisted coil embolization of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms technical characteristics, and to evaluate the clinical safety of the efficacy, feasibility and long-term stability.Methods: For our hospital from April 2012 to January 2015 while accepting stent assisted coil embolization of 40 cases of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms in patients as the research object, a total of 43 aneurysms were ruptured aneurysm. 40 patients with preoperative anesthesia downlink cerebral angiography, the main purpose is to measure the ratio of the aneurysm neck and neck tumor and tumor aneurysm, shape of the aneurysm and its precise positioning adjacent relationship intracranial for subsequent surgical planning formulation. conventional angiography after surgery,then use Raymond grading scale record the results, in order to analyze the difference between immediate angiographic results and follow-up angiographic follow-up results. The patients were followed up using two instruments: radiologic follow-up: We were in the follow-up of patients after 6 months, 12 months after angiography, the angiographic follow-up results of a recent grading scale with Raymond detailed records, and then Follow-up angiographic results and initial angiographic results of statistical analysis, comparison of the change in the two angiography and judge the determine of embolization whether the effect is stable. Clinical follow-up: After an outpatient and telephone, etc., clinical follow-up, the results of using the modified Rankin Scale(Modified Rankin scale, MRS) record.Results: Stent assisted coil embolization of 43 wide-necked aneurysms, the stent position are satisfied. 43 aneurysms in 42 had varying degrees of tamponade, which found a routine stenting after the line coil packing coils into the aneurysm can not only be stenting. Angiography showed an aneurysm can not develop, suggesting that blocking satisfaction, unused coil. 42 different levels of initial filling of the aneurysmangiographic results: 83.3%(35/42) pieces complete embolization, 11.9%(5/42) missiles near complete embolism, 4.8%(2/42) pieces incomplete embolization. Intraoperative total of 4 patients(9.3%) patients had an accident, including two cases(4.7%) had stent thrombosis, cerebral vasospasm 1 case(2.3%) patients with intraoperative, 1 case(2.3%) patients in the embolization procedure appears stent migration, restore the ideal position after adjustment. 4 patients after appropriate symptomatic treatment for any adverse consequences were not there.
