Chang Of Serum IL-10 Levels In Patients With Vitiligo Inningxia Before And After Treatment

OBJCTIVE To analyze the chang of serum levels of intereukin-10(IL-10)in patients with vitiligo in Ningxia before and after treatment, and the purpose is to find that the relationship between IL-10 and Vitiligo and its clinical significance.METHODS Randomly selected 52 patients with vitiligo of common from December,2012 to October,2013 in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital dermatology clinic in Ningxia. The comprehensive treatment was maked up three ways, which were topical tacrolimus cream, local irradiation narrow-band utraviolet B(NB-UVB) and oral compound glycyrrhizin glucoside piece. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) methed were used to detect the serum levels of IL-10 in patients with vitiligo before and after treatment,and then compared the chang of the serum levels of IL-10 before and after treatment. Experiment concluded that vitiligo pathogenesis and treatment of IL-10 have some contact. Eventually we used statistical software SPSS17.0 to the experimental data. There was statistically significant difference between the different groups( P< 0.05).RESULTS ① Serum levels of IL-10 in patients with vitiligo in Ningxia region before treatment were significantly lower than those of healthy people( t = 7.80, P< 0.05). ② After treatment, Serum levels of IL-10 in patients with vitiligo in Ningxia region were significantly higher than that of the vitiligo patients before treatment( t=– 10.76, P< 0.05). ③ The treatment effect of 52 patients with vitiligo in Ningxia region was more significant by tacrolimus, NB-UVB and glycyrrhizin, among them five patients cured, tweenty patients the effect was very obvious, tweenty-two patients had some effect, and five patients no effect. The total effective rate was 90.38%.CONCLUSION ① IL-10 associated with the pathogenesis of vitiligo. ②Tacrolimus, NB-UVB and glycyrrhizin through their own pharmacological effects and combined with each other to promote increased levels of IL-10 in the body, which cause local and systemic immune suppression, reaching satisfactory therapeutic effect in the treatment of vitiligo.
