Renshen Rongzhi Capsules is developed based on Panax ginseng, Cornu Corvi, Ganoderma Lucidum and Allicin, the anti-fatigue effect of Renshen Rongzhi Capsules which is important. The preparation process of Renshen Rongzhi Capsules, quality, anti-fatigue effect, in vitro activity and acute toxicity studies in detail.The preparation process of Renshen Rongzhi Capsules powder flowability study conducted to determine the amount of accessories; determination of bulk density of powder, selected 0 capsules; Renshen Rongzhi Capsules routine inspection: water, equipment amount of difference, are in line with the provisions of disintegration Pharmacopoeia.Study on quality evaluation for Renshen Rongzhi Capsules: TLC TLC qualitative identification method to determine the ginseng, Ganoderma lucidum, the method is specific, negative control without interference; HPLC quantitative research, we chose the simultaneous determination of Renshen Rongzhi Capsules the main active ingredient in 9 kinds of monomer ginsenosides content and Ganoderma lucidum acid a method for the content of this method is specific, negative non-interference, precision, stability and reproducibility.Study on the anti-fatigue effect of Renshen Rongzhi Capsules: forty selected mice were divided randomly into 4 groups: the control group, positive group, and the low, high dose of Renshen Rongzhi Capsules group. Using the method of weight-bearing swimming test, drugs were administrated to mice for 14 d by oral gavage. The contents of hepatic glycogen, muscle glycogen, blood urea nitrogen, blood lactate and other indicators in mice were detected. The results: Compared with the control group, Renshen Rongzhi Capsules can significantly prolong the mice swimming exhaustive time(p<0.01, p<0.05), BUN levels in mice significantly reduced(p<0.05), significantly increased LDH activity in mice(p<0.05), significantly increased glycogen content in mice(p<0.01); the high dose of Renshen Rongzhi Capsules can significantly increase muscle glycogen content in mice(p<0.05).In vitro activity of screening can be seen, Renshen Rongzhi Capsules five parts α- glucosidase inhibitory activity and ACE inhibitory activity is not ideal, but for Nitrite scavenging or have a certain role.The acute toxicity test of Renshen Rongzhi Capsules: The maximum dose of the experimental design of the mouse intragastric administration of 88 g ? kg-1, clinical adult(60 kg body weight by calculating) daily dose of 0.06 g ? kg-1, equivalent to 440.1 times the clinical adult daily dose. Experiment results show that heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other organs are no abnormal; liver, spleen and the ratio of the weight compared with the control group are no statistical significance, which indicating that Renshen Rongzhi Capsule is very low toxicity and is safer used in clinical.In conclusion, in this study the preparation technique of Renshen Rongzhi Capsule has been optimized and an effective quality control method has been proposed as well.
