| Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a new disease in recent years. In rapid rhythm, high pressure and varied environment, patients are increasing. Cause of CFS is not clear, so Western medicine has not good treatment. Determination of treatment based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs is a character of Chinese medicine. It is the reason that Chinese medicine has some superiority on treating CFS. So, it has a vast market prospect and much society meaning to develop new medicine on treating CFS.The research work of the task has studied pharmaceutical technology, quality standard and initial pharmacodynamics. During the researching of pharmaceutical technology, the best technology conditions were selected by comparing the content of effective composition. During the research of quality standard, TLC of Astragalus membranaceus,Rehmannia glutionsa and Lycium chinese were established. The method of determining astragaloside by HPLC and TCLS was established too. We observed the immunity function of the small mice ate the medicine. |
