The Expression And Significance Of IL-22、hs-CRP In Acute Pancreatitis Patients

Objective Determine the level of serum IL-22 and hs-CRP in SAP patients,MAP patients and normal peoples,study the relation between IL-22、hs-CRP and AP disease activity,then provide new train of thought for AP,clinical early diagnosis and condition judgment。Methods Detect the levels of serum IL-22 and hd-CRP in 13 SAP patients,22 MAP patients and 25 normal peoples by ELISA.Results(1)The level of serum IL-22 and hs-CRP in SAP patients and MAP patients are significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05) and that in SAP patients is the highest(P<0.05);(2)The level of serum hs-CRP in AP patients has positive correlation between the level of IL-22.Conclusions(1)The presence of abnormal level of IL-22 in AP patients are significantly increased,and the rise degree of serum IL-22 in SAP patients is more significantly than that in MAP indicating that IL-22 and hs-CRP may be associated with AP progress;(2)The level of hs-CRP in SAP increased more significantly than MAP patients indicted that hs-CRP may confer the degree of inflammation;(3)The level of hs-CRP changes agree with the change of the level of serum IL-22 in SAP patients and MAP patients indicted that IL-22 may participate in the regulation of hs-CRP;...
