To Observe And Evaluate The Effect Of Yuyangheji(YYHJ) On The Quality Of Duodenal Ulcer

Objective: To observe the quality of yuyangheji(YYHJ) as a cure on duodenal ulcer and evaluate its effect and safety; discuss its functional system and apply it into clinical use.Methods:This case comes from duodenal ulcer patients(Active Period) in Chinese Medicine Academic No.2 Affiliated Hospital, Shanxi from January, 2009 to March, 2012, diagnosed Piweixuhan by Chinese traditional doctor. Sixty patients were divided into treatment group(omeprazole 20 mg Qd+YYHJ) and control group(omeprazole 20 mg Qd) randomly for 4week in DU. For infecting Helicobacter pylor(Hp),were treated Amoxicillin capsules 1.0 bid and Metronidazole 0.4 bid. After 4 and 12 weeks treatments, gives patients gastroscopy; evaluates in the aspects of Therapeutic effect of syndrome;Hp root out and recrudesce;pain release after 4 weeks.Result:The effect of period S2 in week 4 and week 12 is much obvious, which is higher than that of control group, and there is no side effect.Conclusion:the results of above experiments testified that YYHJ combined with proton pump inhibitors is effective and safe to the treatment of duodenal ulcer.
