Comparison Of Dezocine And Tropisetron For The Control Of Maternal Shivering Undergoing Spinal Anesthesia

Objective: Validation and comparison with intravenous Dezocine Tropisetron after spinal anesthesia for cesarean delivery woman shivering treatment effects and side effects.Methods:In this study, double-blind, decimating the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from January to June 2014, 90 cases of elective caesarean section For patients, anesthesia epidural anesthesia select randomly divided into A / B / C three groups: control group A(5ml saline) given dezocine(10mg / 5ml) group B, administered tropisetron(5mg / 5ml) C group. Routine anesthesia, surgery and give the corresponding experimental drugs. After the establishment of intravenous access burglary mothers were given compound electrolyte solution 500 ml intravenous drip while lumbar epidural anesthesia, and the corresponding study drugs were diluted to 5ml intravenous injection. When recording burglary(T0), occurs when the shivering(T1), spinal anesthesia drugs push 15 minutes after injection is completed(T2), 30 minutes(T3), 60 minutes(T4), surgery completed(T5), 120 minutes(T6) of HR, SBP, MAP, SPO2;measuring sensory block and motor block level and log analysis: recording after the baby is delivered Apgar score: women from anesthesia observed within two hours after the start to the end of surgery with or without shivering, shivering occurrence time, the duration and extent of shivering and log analysis.Results:1,3 groups were generally no significant difference(P> 0.05); 2, 3 groups were at each time point HR, MAP, SP02 change was no significant difference(P> 0.05); 3,3 groups of birth when Apgar scores were 7 points or more, the groups fetus score five minutes are up 10 points, the difference was not statistically significant; 4, the incidence of shivering in group a, B, and C are divided into 63.3%, 16.7%, 13.3%,the incidence of shivering, B, C was significantly reduced(P <0.05) than in group A, Room B, C group no statistically significant difference;5, Three groups were nausea and vomiting incidence of group B compared with A, group C higher(P <0.05), between A, C group compared with no significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Dezocine and Tropisetron can effectively suppress cesarean maternal shivering after spinal anesthesia.
