Observation Of Dezocine Combined With Tramadol In The Treatment Of Shivering After Spinal Anesthesia

Objective: To observe dezocine combined with tramadol for the treatment effect of shivering after spinal anesthesia, adverse reactions and patient comfort.Method: In the combined spinal epidural anesthesia in 250 cases of shivering in patients(ASA?-?) with lower limb operation,random divided into dezocine group(D), tramadol group(Q), dezocine combined with tramadol group(L1), dezocine combined with tramadol group(L2)and dezocine combined with tramadol group(L3),50 cases in each group. Those were given in group D:dezocine 0.1mg/kg; group Q:tramadol 1mg/kg; group L1:dezocine 0.05mg/kg + tramadol 0.5mg/kg;group L2:dezocine 0.1mg/kg+tramadol 0.5mg/kg; group L3: dezocine0.05 mg/kg+ tramadol 1mg/kg.The five groups were diluted with normal saline to 10 ml after 10 seconds slow intravenous injection.Comparative analysis of five groups of patients to before and after the administration of HR, MVP, Sp O2 change, shiver reaction disappeared completely in the mean time, 60 minutes shivering recurrence rate, sedation score, patients' self perceived and dizziness, nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression adverse reactions occur.Result: The changes of HR, MVP, SPO2 and respiratory inhibition were not significantly different between the five groups(P > 0.05);chills efficacy: shiver disappeared, the average time and 60 minutes in the recurrence rate in group D were higher than that in the other four groups(P < 0.05), there are statistically significant and the other four groups no significant difference(P > 0.05);adverse reactions: the L1 group was significantly lower than the other four groups, there were significant differences(P < 0.05); comfort level: Patients with L1 group were higher than the other four groups, there was a significant difference(P <0.05);the sedation scores of group Q were lower than those in other four groups(P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the other four groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Dezocine 0.05mg/kg+ tramadol 0.5mg/kg diluted to 10 ml after 10 seconds slow intravenous injection can be safe and effective in the treatment of shivering after intraspinal anesthesia, which has a rapid onset, good effect, the recurrence rate is low, less adverse reaction, high comfort advantages, is worthy of clinical promotion.At the same time,increase the dosage of any kind of drug combination, the effect is not increased but the adverse reactions increase, which is suitable for the compatibility.
